Habilitated doctor of Law, Professor at the European University of Law and Administration in Warsaw (Head of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure); justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Poland, Civil Chamber, with 25 years of experience in the judiciary, having passed through all levels of the judiciary in Poland; author of nearly 100 scientific publications on civil law, civil procedure, private and public economic law, commercial law and transport law, including editor and co-author of a commentary on the Code of Civil Procedure, long-time academic lecturer, also taught classes for judges, court clerks and judicial assistants.
